Beyond Square One

Jaclyn McDuffey’s experience is in leading digital transformation, scaling businesses, and driving operational excellence. She has held senior executive roles overseeing complex multi-channel operations, customer experience, and large-scale modernization projects across digital and in-person service channels.

With deep experience in consulting for law firms and corporate clients, Jaclyn is passionate about helping firms streamline operations and adopt new technologies. Most recently, as Chief Product & Experience Officer for Service Oklahoma, Jaclyn oversaw the in-person and digital customer experience for design and launch of key revenue generating and cost saving technology products that helped to serve over 4 million Oklahomans.

Originally from New York, Jaclyn earned her degree magna cum laude from Fordham University, and now lives in Oklahoma City with her husband Jared, their two (soon to be three) children and two dogs. She is excited to work with clients in BSO’s future and committed to bringing her experience, energy, and passion for excellence to help them achieve success.

Beyond Square One

Jared McDuffey is a seasoned business development and client relationship leader with a career rooted in high-value sales, fundraising, and consulting. He has worked with law schools, non-profits, and corporations, focusing on cultivating strong client relationships and delivering solutions that create measurable impact.

Most recently, as Executive Director of Advancement at the University of Oklahoma Foundation, Jared oversaw efforts to raise $133 million for the OU Michael F. Price College of Business, increasing its philanthropic annual run rate from $7.1 million to $26.5 million in just four years. Earlier in his career, Jared led development teams at Fordham Law School, Brooklyn Law School, and The Nature Conservancy. His ability to cultivate trust-based relationships and design solutions that deliver measurable impact is central to BSO’s client success strategy.

Jared graduated cum laude from the University of Oklahoma, and his career also includes experience in public relations, corporate partnerships, and real estate investment. He lives in Oklahoma City with Jaclyn and their two (soon to be three) children and two dogs. Jared looks forward to partnering with clients, bringing his relationship-driven approach, strategic insight, and commitment to long-term success to every engagement.

Donna Brown has been working in and around the legal industry since 1988.

In her positions as legal secretary, systems administrator, in-house trainer and developer she gained the real-world experience she needed to start her own consulting firm in 1997. With an emphasis on software customization, automation and training, Donna obtained several legal and project-specific software certifications. Among these certifications are Time Matters and Billing Matters, Tabs3, PracticeMaster, PCLaw, HotDocs, Microsoft Word, WordPerfect, QuickBooks, NetDocuments, CosmoLex and Caret Legal

Donna graduated with a BS in Business Education from the University of Central Oklahoma. Donna has two adult children. Her daughter is currently pursuing her career in law and her son in commercial aviation. She and her husband are enjoying more traveling these days, but always love when the kiddos come home.

Amy Crump has been working in the legal field since 1997.

Prior to joining Beyond Square One, she was the accounting and billing administrator for a mid-size firm while also serving as the assistant office administrator and computer coordinator. Amy was the lead facilitator in assisting with the implementation and use of Time Matters/Billing Matters software at her previous office, thus sparking her interest and desire to become a consultant.

Amy is a graduate of Oklahoma State University, holding a B.S. in Psychology and a minor in Sociology. Amy specializes in electronic billing (UTBMS), customizations and troubleshooting services. She is certified in Time Matters, Billing Matters, Tabs3, PracticeMaster, CosmoLex, Caret Legal, and NetDocuments. Amy resides in Edmond with her husband and 3 children. In her off time, Amy enjoys spending time at Grand Lake and Oklahoma State University sporting events.

Kyla’s expertise lies in leading technology-driven solutions, driving innovation, and solving complex problems for clients. She is passionate about using technology to create efficiencies and deliver measurable results, with a strong background in automation, reporting tools, and AI platforms.

During her recent tenure as Product and Digital Experience Manager for Service Oklahoma, Kyla spearheaded major technology implementation and digital transformation initiatives. She oversaw the design and launch of award-winning systems that streamlined processes, improved customer experiences, and supported large-scale modernization efforts across service channels.

Kyla earned her degree in Marketing Management from Western Governors University and now lives in Edmond, OK with her husband of 16 years, their three children, and two dogs. While incorporating fitness and wellness into her daily routine, she also enjoys traveling, family game nights, and fun adventures with her family. What excites her most about her work at Beyond Square One is partnering closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver efficient solutions that improve their businesses.

Hilary Gilbert, Consultant

Prior to joining Beyond Square One, Hilary was a buyer for a small-town department store where she managed day-to-day purchasing, inventory, marketing strategies, and financial planning.

Hilary loved to study the business through in-depth data analysis ensuring profitable, customer-focused business was achieved. She is certified in Tabs3, PracticeMaster, CosmoLex, Clio, Caret Legal, NetDocuments, and Camtasia.

She is a graduate of Texas State University, class of 2007, with a B.S. in Fashion Merchandising and a minor in Business Administration. Hilary resides in Texas with her husband and two rescue dogs, Archer and Beaux.

Jordyn Stambaugh, Consultant

Prior to joining Beyond Square One, Jordyn worked in the loan operations department of a bank. She also has over 5 years of experience in the legal field, serving as the bookkeeper, legal assistant, and office manager. In searching for more career fulfillment, Jordyn joined our team with excitement to learn about software customization and a desire to help others.

Jordyn is certified in Caret Legal.

Jordyn attended Oklahoma State University. She currently lives in Enid with her husband and two kids. When not at work, Jordyn enjoys reading, staying active, and spending time with her family.
