In-office support allows for more hands-on assistance, and at times it is easier to “see” what is going on in your office in person.
Remote Support
Remote support can also be done one-to-one, allowing us to show/train the user how to use or set up features within the software. Sessions can range from five minutes to all day, depending upon the question. Remote support also allows us to work after hours and provide less disruption to the user’s workflow.
